Cancellations & Refunds
Seminars, Programs and/or Courses
Coaching College endeavours to honour every course sold via its portal www.coachingcollege.com.au, however should an organisation:
- cancel a seminar, program or course
- postpone a seminar, program or course
- reschedule the seminar, program or course to an unsuitable alternate time or location, Coaching College will make every effort to find an alternative to fulfill the requirement. This may include nominating another Leader/Facilitator.  Should all efforts by Coaching College fail to reschedule, Coaching College will refund all fees within 14 days of the cancellation notice from the organisation. With the exception of the course fee and booking fee Coaching College accepts no responsibility for any incidental costs incurred in relation to seminars, programs or courses booked via www.coachingcollege.com.au. All seminars, programs or courses are displayed at www.coachingcollege.com.au are sold on behalf Coaching College.

Unless otherwise specified, Coaching College cancellation policy is applicable for every seminar, program or course sold via the site. Our cancellation policy is:

Notice given within 0 - 5 working days prior to course commencement - No Refund.
Notice given 5- 10 working days prior to commencement of seminar, program or course ? will incur an administration fee of 25% of the total investment.
Notice given 10 -14 working days prior to commencement of seminar, program or course ? will incur an administration fee of 30% of the total investment.
Notice given at least 14 working days prior to commencement of seminar, program or course ? NO fee incurred and full refund available.
 

Value Cards and BUYP Video Workshop
Coaching College endeavours to honour every product sold via it portal: www.coachingcollege.com.au, however, should a customer cancel the delivery of a product prior to the product being sent, Coaching College will refund all monies paid. However, if the product has been emailed, a full refund will be paid (minus posting costs incurred by Coaching College) upon the return of the product and the product is deemed to be in good condition by Coaching College personnel.

Credit Card Fraud
Whilst Coaching College protects your credit card details by using the latest in security technology and by not storing credit card details for its transactions with our customers, Coaching College will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

Privacy
It's Coaching College policy to maintain your privacy when you visit our site. Please read our privacy policy for more information. Any personal details sent to us will be kept confidential. When you send us email, we may use your email address to contact you in future. We may contact you for clarification of a request from you or to answer your query, but we will not sell or pass on your details to third parties, except where they act as agents for us and the information is required to deliver the goods or services you have requested from us.

Responsibility for your password and login
To create a profile with www.coachingcollege.com.au you must provide a password and a login email address. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and login name. You may change your password and or your login email at any time via your own profile. You may, at any time, remove your profile from www.coachingcollege.com.au
